A person’s path in life is largely determined by how that person behaves in response to a particular situation or stimulus. This is what behavior and attitude is all about. Whilst a minority have excellent behavior and attitudes, many live their lives not being able to manage their own behavior and attitude for the betterment of their own life.
Our present behavior is the result of many years of conditioning through a process called cognition. The mental action or process of acquiring knowledge and understanding through thought, experience, and the senses makes us who we are today and determines how we behave.
To improve one’s life and attain a quality of life, one has to be able to overcome the habitual thoughts that contributes to detrimental reactions leading to gradual deterioration of capabilities.
It is important for everyone to conduct a self-evaluation and kick start a life-long journey of changing their thought patterns and understanding so they can reprogram their own mind for greater achievements and sustainable inner happiness.
