The Unseen Creeping Threat

Bacteria are microscopic, single-celled organisms that thrive in diverse environments. These organisms can live in soil, the ocean and inside the human gut. Did you know that as humans evolve, so does bacteria? 

Bacteria have the ability to adapt and evolve through mechanisms such as mutation. Which over time, you’ll start seeing people slow develop resistance to antibiotics and when this happens, it might pose a danger to your health. 

Finding ways in mitigating its affects may be challenging but not impossible. Be aware of what’s living around you and always remember to maintain proper hygiene, eat healthy food, and try to reduce your consumption of cheese- as cheese is a food made from fermentation of of milk by bacteria, typically including lactic acid bacteria and sometimes specific types of mold.
